We want every customer to be happy with their purchases from INI Sips. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied. Please contact us with your order number. COFFEE and/or TEA CANNOT BE EXCHANGED IF OPENED

Product Exchange & Refund Procedure

1. Contact us via email us at hello@inisips.com requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. 

2. If you are unsatisfied with your products we will gladly issue a store credit for your purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, on merchandise returned to us within 15 days of delivery. INI SIPS is not responsible for the return shipping costs for returns based on personal preference or non-quality related issues. 

15 day limit for exchange (for another bag of coffee or tea only of equal value)

3.. If a return/exchange is approved, we will email you a shipping label to return the products to us. Please pack with care.

4. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we'll proceed as discussed. (We will subtract the return shipping charges and a 10% processing fee).

Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.



Be sure to include the order number, item(s) you'd like to return/exchange, as well as reasoning. If requesting an exchange, let us know which item you'd like in exchange.
